Loved the convenient location next to the train station. Our room was cozy and clean with a great view of the city. Despite the language barrier, the staff were beyond helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room. I'll recommend this hotel.

It made my trip to Brussels a very very good experience. The hotel was delightful and clean in a downtown area. The breakfast in the bar was perfect except for missing fresh vegetables or salad options.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right inside the train station. It was so convenient as I was traveling to Paris via train. In addition, the room amenities were top-notch, providing all the facilities I needed and ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, providing excellent service.
Although the staff was great, they seemed a bit inexperienced in hospitality. However, this place was still perfect for my needs and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this location.

The Pullman hotel offers quiet rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The location, right next to the London transport terminal, is very convenient for foreign tourists. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, from the cleaners to the managers. The hotel is also located within the train station, making it extremely convenient for those taking the Eurostar. There are plenty of shops nearby and even a Haagen Dazs downstairs for a sweet treat.

I had a great stay here. The hotel was easy to reach as it was right beside the train station, making it very convenient. From there, I could easily take public transport to explore the city. The staff were very helpful during my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, adding to the overall experience. Besides that, the breakfast served was fantastic with a variety of options and fresh ingredients.

We stayed in this hotel with our family and it was very convenient as it was right beside the train station. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a large selection of food. there were plenty of facilities nearby such as a Carrefour supermarket and a variety of restaurants.
That there were limited food options within walking distance of the hotel, so we had to travel a bit further for meals.
